Colton was great. He was able to accommodate my preferred appointment time, was thorough, and gave accurate information about his timeframe and what he needed from me as the homeowner. They not only listened to my concerns, they provided a number of proposals to help. I was given choices, issues were fixed, and the entire time all the gentlemen were extremely respectful and a true joy to work with. Our shower stopped putting out hot water. Reynolds was able to send someone out within 24 hours. Montana was on time, friendly, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Turns out it was something preventable, so when Montana explained the repair work, he also showed me how to keep this problem from recurring. Excellent service. I highly recommend them.
