No, the plan is not pro-rated.

Customers are required to maintain the plan for 6 months. If you would like to cancel prior to the end of the six month period, you will be required to pay the balance as well as repay any discounts received as a result of this plan.

No, but the SPP discount will always provide the greatest benefit at 5% on all services.

Our plans price point is based on the services that Reynolds offers to customers, therefore our plan is a fixed amount and can’t be discounted based on which services / trades the customer is most interested in.

The Reynolds service plan is a monthly contract and there is no yearly option at this time.

Reduce the Risk of Emergencies: Reynolds offers comprehensive Electrical, Plumbing, and Sewer inspections, along with two HVAC tune-ups each year. After each inspection, we’ll provide you with a detailed report of our findings and walk you through any potential concerns. We proactively identify potential issues before they become disruptive emergencies! Just give us a call, and one of our friendly customer experience representatives will schedule your evaluations for a time that works best for you and your family.

Priority Service: Our members receive the earliest available scheduling date, jumping to the front of the line!

Cost Savings: Receive 5% off all services! *See exclusions. Additionally, all trip charges are waived, and our members will receive regular exclusive discounts! 

Terms of Agreement: This agreement is for a one-year term and will be automatically renewed for successive one-year terms unless the customer provides a written cancellation notice 30 days in advance of the renewal date. Customer is not entitled to a refund on early termination except as provided in the cancellation section below. 

Customer’s Right to Cancel: In the event that the customer decides to cancel this agreement before the one-year term is complete, the customer agrees to repay Reynolds for all discounts received as a result of this plan. 

Customer’s Right to Transfer: The Reynolds Total Home Plan is transferable to a customer’s new home, if the new residence is within our service area. Customer must provide Reynolds with written notice by emailing totalhome@getreynolds.com within 30 days of moving. The Total Home Plan is also transferable to the customer’s home buyer with written notice, activated once the buyer has called our office to verify their profile and payment information.
