Our Customer Care Team will ask specific questions to understand your situation better and ensure we send the right Technician to your home. Emergencies happen, so we schedule with flexibility in mind. Instead of giving a strict time window, we’ll schedule for a particular day and provide updates on the day of your appointment regarding your Technician’s arrival time.

We’ll confirm your appointment the night before and keep you informed throughout the day. Because it’s tough to diagnose an issue without seeing it firsthand, we only offer on-site assessments. For a small $89 service charge, we’ll provide a clear understanding of the problem and various options for resolving it.
